The Boosters raise funds that are used to support the school's athletic program. Run by parents, the group's mission is to enhance the athletic environment for all students so they may have a positive, rewarding, and fulfilling athletic experience as part of their overall education at North Cross School. Boosters volunteers operate admission gates and concessions stands at various athletic events and serve in scorekeeping and other volunteer capacities as needed.

Past wish list fulfillments include:
This award is given in honor of former Athletic Directors Jim Muscaro and Donna Satterwhite. Together they served as leaders and mentors in the North Cross athletic and school community for 75 years. With the significant role athletics play in support of the school's mission to develop young people of character, this award recognizes an individual who has sacrificed much of their time, energy, and resources in volunteer service to the athletic department in support of its goals.
